Wasinger Blasts Obama Tax on Energy
Says new taxes would make even Al Gore blush

COTTONWOOD FALLS -- Today, Rob Wasinger, Republican candidate for Congress in the first district of Kansas, blasted President Obama for proposing over $220 billion in new energy taxes in his 2011 proposed budget.

"Obama's new taxes totaling billions of dollars on the energy industry would make even Al Gore blush," said Wasinger. "If Obama gets his way, our energy-producing state will be crippled by further job loss and our communities will suffer."
