Candidate for U.S. Congress Rob Wasinger will be at Bruff’s, 2640 W. 18th Ave., from 9 to 10 a.m. on Wednesday to talk to voters in the area. The Wasinger campaign will provide free coffee for those who attend.

Wasinger, originally from Hays, is campaigning for the House seat left vacant by U.S. Rep. Jerry Moran’s effort to win the Senate seat currently held by Sen. Sam Brownback. According to information from Wasinger’s staff, he served on Moran’s staff and was chief-of-staff to Brownback.

Emporian Tim Kearns is host for the coffee.
